By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as set forth by The Boss Shop LLC.
1. Payment & Charges

Payment is required in full before any services are initiated.

The Boss Shop LLC accepts payments via website checkout, CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

By selecting one of these payment methods, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers.

Regardless of payment method, all clients will receive a receipt for their records.
2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our custom design and branding services, all sales are final.

The Boss Shop LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you have concerns regarding your order or its fulfillment, please contact our office for assistance.
3. Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins only after a completed order form is received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Standard turnaround times:

Logo Design: 7–10 business days

Web Design: 14–20 business days

Digital Designs (e-flyers, business cards, thank-you cards, etc.): Up to 7 business days

Branding Packages (2+ services): Up to 24 business days
Please note:

Order volume impacts all turnaround times.

Work will not be expedited unless a rush fee is paid.

All projects will follow the above timelines unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both the designer and the client.
4. Website Design
After placing your order, you will receive a Website Checklist outlining all required materials.
The fee for full website development includes:

Custom design

Basic SEO optimization
-
Social media integration
-
Policy page creation
-
Product uploads
Hosting & Domain:
Clients must purchase a premium hosting plan ($29+/month) and a domain ($12+/year) separately. These fees are not included in The Boss Shop LLC pricing.
5. Client Communication & Project Delays

Clients are responsible for checking email regularly while a project is in progress.

Within 48 hours of ordering, clients must submit all required documents and information.
-
Delays in providing information may result in a $50 reinstatement fee if the delay extends beyond the project’s designated turnaround time.
Example:
Order placed December 1 for a logo (10-business-day turnaround).
Client information due December 10.
If information is submitted after December 10, a $50 reinstatement fee will apply to resume the project.
6. Shipping Information
For printed products:

All items are shipped via UPS.

Clients must approve all designs in writing prior to printing.

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after printing is completed.
7. Revision Clause

Revisions begin only after the initial draft or proof has been delivered to the client.

Revision processing can take 5 to 30 business days, depending on:

the complexity of the revision request

the current order volume
-
whether additional content or materials are needed from the client

Illustration logos require the longest revision time because they are hand-drawn and highly detailed.

This is why it is extremely important for clients to provide all necessary information, accurate details, examples, and preferences at the time of ordering. Missing or incomplete information may cause delays in both the design and revision timeline.
