Payment and Charges
You understand that payment must be provided prior to the beginning of any services by The Boss Shop LLC. The Boss Shop does accept Klarna & Sezzle , & Afterpay payments. By using these third party services, you agree to the terms and conditions expressed by those companies.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, The Boss Shop LLC does not honor refunds of any kind. By completing your purchase on this site you are agreeing to this policy . Please contact the office if you have any concerns regarding your order and its fulfillment.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times DOES NOT begin until the order form is received. Business days do not include weekends. Standard turnaround time is up to 14 business days. Please read each individual service to see the exact turnaround times as they do vary. If you purchase more than one service it is considered a branding package.
Logo Design - 7 - 10 Business days
Web Design - 14-20 Business days
Digital Designs (E-flyer, Business cards, Thank You Cards, Etc.) - Up to 7 business days
Branding Packages (Branding packages are any orders that involve 2 or more services) - 24 Business Days​
Please be mindful that ORDER VOLUME is very important to turnaround times. I will not rush work unless a rush fee is paid. All orders will be worked to the timeline above unless otherwise agreed to by the designer & the client

Website Design
A website checklist will be provided to you after placing your order. The fee for full website development includes the following ; design, SEO optimization, social media set up, policy development and product upload.
You are required to purchase a premium plan ($29+/Month) for your hosting site and a domain ($12+/Year). THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE SET BY THE BOSS SHOP LLC.
Client Communication & Delays
As a client, you are responsible to check email regularly while an order is pending. After services have been ordered, the client has 48 hours to fill out and send ALL necessary documents and information so that the order can be completed in a timely manner. Delays by the client may result in a reinstatement fee of $50 after delay time exceeds turnaround time for the desired project.
Please see an example below:
“Order for the logo was placed on December 1st. Turnaround time for logos is 10 business days. Clients should submit information by December 10th. If information is not submitted on December 10th, the client will be charged $50 to complete the service.”
Shipping Information
For printed orders please be advised that all items are shipped through UPS. All designs MUST be approved by the client prior to printing. Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days.
